SMW boasts of one of the best design facilities and has a dedicated Machine Design Department, employing the use of 3-D CAD/CAM software, Unigraphics NX-2. All the components that go to make a complete machine are designed. Special emphasis is laid on the selection of the correct material depending upon the use, wear and dampening requirements.
Apart from machine design department we also have a Jewellery Design Department, which is making constant innovation of new designs using design software ArtCam from Dell Cam.
